Courses
Both the Sub-5 Ride and the Recreational Ride begin and end at Hampshire High School. There is ample parking available on site. Riders have access to restrooms located in the Concession Building near the athletic field.
Sub-5 100 Mile Course
The course is relatively flat with low vehicular traffic and is comprised of three 33.7 mile laps. The feed zone is located near the start/finish area at Hampshire High School. This is an “open course” and as such riders must obey all State of Illinois Rules of the Road.
The Recreational Ride Course
The recreational course provides distance options from 10 – 65 miles. Each loop begins and ends at Hampshire High School and follows scenic, rural roads in Kane and DeKalb counties. Riders have access to restroom facilities as well as a food & beverage rest stop. This is an “open course” and as such riders must obey all State of Illinois Rules of the Road.
